I dunno. You look pretty new despite having been here 49 days, so I thought maybe you just didnt know what a page of thumbs was actually worth. As for auctions, I received 27000 in my last one and I offered nothing at all. I buy a lot of thumb auctions, and I pay a flat rate of 5000 for 80pages. I never pay more than 50% (which would be 6000).

(re: your auction) Assuming you only have your own comments on a page, you get 150pts max per page (10pts x 15 comments), so if someone pays 1000 for you to thumb 5 pages they lose 250 points. It takes me maybe 2 minutes to thumb 5 pages, and a lot longer than that to write them.
