there are three rules to stop worries
*Rule 1:- live each day until bed time.
*Rule 2:- if you have troubles ask your self
I- what is the worst that can possibly happen if i cant solve my problem ?
II- prepare your self mentally to accept the worst if necessary.
III- calmly try to improve upon the worst which you have mentally agreed to accept.
*Rule 3:- remind your self of the exorbitant price you can pay for worry in terms of your health.
And remember
( people who do not know haw to fight worries DIE YOUNG )..
and if you are very worried try to ...
1- writing down precisely what you are worried about.
2- write down what can you do about it.
3- decide what to do.
4- start immediately to carry out that decision.
