So, i think i feel a travel bug coming on.. I'm thinking of coming back to Perth for a holiday for a week, might bypass adelaide and see friends and family along the way, make it a worthy trip. Be good to see all my old mates and family it's been a very long time.

You know it dawned on me that in 5 days time i will be 27 years old. That is an amazingly scary feat. I've survived 27 trips around the sun. And you know what. Game on! I have never felt as young in my life as i do now. (Could just be the salt water i may have swallowed while gargling.. that or the painkiller to cease the scratchy pounding throb my right tonsill is sending out) but hey..

Sure we all dread our upcoming birthdays, but when it becomes a week before our birthdays don't we just seem to perk up a bit?

Then again, the dreaded day involves waking up going OMG.. I'm OLLLLD.. Major intake of Fatty food mixed with alcohol and the good old phone calls and visits that start with; 'do you remember the time when.."

Then the next day its back to business as usual.
