heres some tips... cut ur nails as short as u can on the left hand. then, before u have calluses on ur fingers, just put super glue on the tips, and let it dry. then ur fingertips are all hard and it hurts less
and good luck with reading music. a guitar is a piano on a graph.
tabs are easy. onnce u learn to read them, its a piece of cake. and no they dont tell u how long to hold a note, but if u know the song, u know. and ur more likely to find a tab to a song than the actual sheet music.
and chords are easy. they are the easiest part.its just a matter of getting used to chord changes, and that can take a lot of time. also, barr chords are a pain in the butt, especially if u have tiny hands like me, so avoid them at all costs =P, or cheat on them. i dont bar the F chord, and i do Em for Bm
thats uber awesome and im majorly jealous...i just got a case lol
dude...but seriously...how much was that, cuz it looks hecka expensive...well not hecka...but it sure as heck aint my $300 Fender Squire package deal (with amp and tons of extras)
