one moment u say u'v finalized it and the other moment, your LA go through it and they say...no!! these are not the kind of thing u should have in your agreements...no..you cant have this..no...you should have this clause..

and the "BEST" part is to tell your BIG BOSS and the other side that u'r changing your agreement. i really felt like..shiet man!!!...
