This kitten is more than a little growly... I'm quitting smoking and IT SUCKS. Day 4: I'm nearly over the actual DTs, but I miss my habit. Don't bother ragging on me about how bad cigarettes are for me. I'm an addict, not an idiot. Let me be grumpy for a while and keep the well-wishes to a minimum. One more cheery, "Good for you! Keep it up! You can do it!" and I'll fuckin' commit murder... Back off. This mood, like all of them, is temporary...

Puzzled? Confused? Wondering if you've come to the right place? Mystery solved: Yes, I've changed my profile name. Yes, I'm still the same person. Yes, I may change my name back. Or not. Or to something completely different. Ah, you ask, "Why?" Here, in this and other virtual spaces, I feel more free to express myself under a pseudonym. It may be cowardice, a greater need for privacy, or I am simply allowing the previously unnamed facets of my personality assume a bit of autonomy. Or none of those. Stay tuned...
