Use to be, trained during high school at a vocational skill center in restaurant management/hospitality. I had exhausted most of the schools course req. by my sophmore yr. and they had to do something with me to keep me busy :)
I've been enjoying a book called Fools Crow by James Welch. Its something fun and an easy read, but one with much cultural relevence (I would know) that I think you would appreciate and enjoy.
