Woke up very early this morning needing to run to the bathroom coughing, apparently as I slept a bubble of stomach acid popped in my throat causing me inadvertently inhale the bile. Half went into my lungs and the other half flushed out my sinuses then exited via my nose. Was NOT a pleasant experience.

a lot has happened since my last tale. my wife found a job at Nando's, we had a suite inspection for pests again (pest guy lied to the landlord resulting in a fail) apparently we have bedbug poop on our boxspring (a lie) i can account for every mark on it. we ARE bug FREE but we still had to undergo treatment. so on Monday aug 29 the pest guys did a heat treatment of the floor that we are on which means we were forced to take our cat and leave the apartment from 9 am to 6 pm. no worries we went to my wife's aunts place. oh i didn't mention the prep we had to do for it. remove nearly everything out of the apt. so right now we have very little clothing. all flamable stuff we had is now sitting on our balcony. we came home to find the pest guys threw our toaster and electric can opener in to the sink which had my wok (full of water) in it. those are broken now and a $60 jewellery box i bought my wife for our first christmas as husband and wife was knocked to the floor and the hinge cracked and split. before you ask yes we complained and no they're not going to do anything about it. tuesday aug 30 they came back and heat treated the floor below us, heat rises so we had to suffer 50C temps and clean out our kitchen and bathroom cupboards for roach bait traps (never seen any our apt) at the same time. wednesday aug 31 roach treatment. so what a horrible week, although we are lucky that we don't have kids. we are loving the cool weather at the moment bcuz of the heat treatment that the pest guys did.

I've been playing Pokemon Go since its release in Canada July 17, and so far i'm only lvl 22 but i am enjoying it. my wife loves the game and she thinks that she has lost at least 20 Lbs so far. we are now going to hosted events and seeing parts of the city that we either haven't seen before or haven't visited since childhood. i do recommend this game if you want to meet new people or just want to get out and see the city. just last week we went to the Edmonton Valley Zoo, i haven't been there in like 25 yrs so i really had fun. go get the app and have fun but just remember to stay aware of your surroundings

on july 7 the only pop that i have been craving makes a comeback. Crystal Pepsi will be on shelves across Canada on July 7, 2016. nearly a month before the US. sadly it will be in stores for only 8 weeks. but nonetheless CRYSTAL PEPSI IS BACK!!!!!!!!!
