Woo its almost friday.. Ade'le is coming back down to england to be with me, this time its just a one way ticket (for those who may be half asleep that means she is staying down here). Nic, Ab's and Adam will also be coming as well which is so awesome. Already Ade'le has made friends with two of my closest friends (steve and ruth) so i am sure there will be plenty of wild parties ahead hehe...
When adele was here over the weekend (she was down because i got rushed into hospital) it wasnt nowhere near as hard as it has been seeing her off onto the train because i knew that in a few days she would be back with me. As i didnt have to goto work that day and the weather was fantastic we just chilled out near the station and had a laugh till it was time to go, normally its pretty much silent when its leading up to that moment as we hate those "Goodbye" moments.

Well as some of you may heard i was in hospital once again after suffering from yet another Angina/Heart attack. Wasnt long into my shift at work when it happend and was rushed straight into hospital. As soon as Ade'le found out she was on the first train she could get to get down and see me in hospital (feck i love her so much)... Was supposed to spend the night in hospital atleast but the stupid polish cardiologist turned round and said it seemed like i had an asthma attack... my arse i did... there isnt even the slightest chance it was that. Have been tested for that before and was told my lungs were spot on and i have non of the symptoms for someone who has asthma..prick so i told him to shove his opinion and got my self disscharged. Whats it gonna take for these feckers to do something to help me, I have lost count to how many attacks i have had but i know its atleast 12 and have died 3 times. What pisses me off the most is when i get taken into hospital they say yeah there is signs of a heart attack and they treat me for it, they keep me in and when the cardiologist eventualy gets off his over paid ass he comes and say's naaa you are ok.
Anyway Adele took me back home and made sure i got plenty of er rest hehe... i am now feeling about 80% the only thing is she goes home in two days ugh... on the plus side she should be back down in about a week and this time it will be for good... spending the rest fo my life with the woman i love with all of my slightly screwed up heart...
So i'd like to thank all of you who have wished me a speedy recovery and get well soon... and to all of those who are supposed to be my mates and i aint heard a peep out of them well need i actually say anything.. you should know me too well as to what i am thinking.... think its time for me to cull a few people from my list..............

Well folks, i am on early shift this week coming so no late sessions for me over the week ahead, normal service shall be resumed next week when i am on back shift wooooo... so i hope all you night owl's have a great week and i will probably catch up with you's on friday.......

Today is Lil Rhi's birthday wooo, only she aint so little now. Today she is 3 years old wooooo HAPPY BIRTHDAY RHI...MWAH.. To top it all off the week leading up to today she has went from beint totally scared of using her potty to being fully potty trained, aint she awesome.... I'm so proud of her.....
Yesterday she had a party at this big kids fun park doodah, she invited 15 of her best friends from nursery, She had a fantastic time, thought she was going to explode with excitement at one point...haha.....
