So I finally got a job that all but promises not to crumble, no matter how bad the economy gets. And it pays well (with benefits!) to boot. You can't see, but there's a happy dance going on right now.

Not a while lot has gone on in my life recently. ...I mean since the wedding, of course!

Bills, work, trouble, medical issues, wash, rinse, repeat.

But I'm really looking forward to Dragon*Con this weekend! Nick, Jen, Val, Andy and I are all heading down to Atlanta this coming weekend to nerd it up. There's so much I want to do, I just know I'm going to be exhausted by next week. We're a bit too broke to go, but hopefully sandwiches and penny pinching will help!

Welly well, as of January 29th, 2008, I am Mrs. Hust. I know, I know, I said the 9th of February, but that's actually the reception for all our friends and family. We had a Justice of the Peace come over to Nick's parents' house. Jen and Val were our witnesses and the dog tried to sit in the Justice's lap. We had cake afterwards, because what is a wedding without cake? ;)
