This "flexible framework" analogy is my buzz at the moment. Core identity. Who is [insert name]. It is a great platform for good communication. Not just on a personal level but also from a process standpoint. Developing and structuring of an idea or dream. I would define communication as the act or process of imparting or receiving a message through any of our senses. A good communicator is one that can deliver the message such that the intent is understood. The intent is not to define a better way but to use a flexible framework as a baseline for sharing and understanding experiences that can adjust with each individual you encounter. If you understand the source of perception, the picture is clearer. The message is understood. A great example is how I use this on Mum. You know how parents are. Some times they just don't want to understand. If you comprehend their experience and intent, then you may better perceive how their definition was developed. Communicating using these components will help them interpret your message. Nevertheless, ensure you remember that small talk and misinterpretations are just as invaluable.

The most important thing to you, will be identifying who you are. Your Identity. The thoughts you have, the principals to which you live by, your beliefs and your dreams. I like to call this, your framework. YOU. Life and it's journey will be defined by your experiences and relationships. Experiencing emotion develops each individual relationship. The stronger the emotion, the stronger the relationship. Relationship - a connection, association, or involvement. It can be with a thing, a person, a place. Everyone will be different by how they are defined. You are right, and you are right. There is no wrong. The only wrong is to not listen to yourself.

Order of the world. What goes up, must come down. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Looking back, these theories ring all so true. Find your balance you hear .... Doing things to the extreme gets you there fast, but often something does give. Sometimes you might not know it, and sometimes it will be a sacrifice. The radical thing? You need to do things to an extreme to know how far it really is. Just a starting point to adjust from. A challenge. However, the fun is always in the discovery.
