A quick update. I completed my 5k Race for Life last Sunday. I ran pretty much all the way and finished in good time :) I raised £227.50 for Cancer Research (UK) which I think is fantastic.

Rahhhhhh!!!!! I just came home and found a letter from the police who are doing me for speeding at 81mph in a 70mph area :( Damn it! I could have sworn I was pretty good on that journey too but they won't provide proof. Not happy!!!!!! Rahhhh! Crap!

Just an update on the training... It's all going ok, it's pretty hard but I worked out yesterday that my training runs are just over 3 miles which is great! Not that i'm running them fully yet, but at least I know I can do it, i just have to improve the time. http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/rebeccaoxley

I've just been riding round Tesco car park on a trolley, mwah ha ha ha ha! That never gets old. Then i drove home too quickly....... i love having a sports car! Hurrahs all round.

Just got back from a gig. Went to see As I Lay Dying again tonight. Was an ok gig, but was really nice to see some friends there I hadn't seen for a while. I went to see Himsa on Wednesday again too. That rocked!!! An awesome show. I've got Chimaira to see next week now. Yay! I love them live. I don't think i've seen any headlining band this year though that i've not already seen before...... how curious. If i wasn't so skint I'd make the effort to go see someone else.
