just a poem. criticism's always welcome:
There’s a hard rain fallin’ fast to the ground,
It’s killin’ us all but it don’t make a sound,
It’s never seen here but just everywhere,
So you better not travel and you better beware.
This hard, hard rain,
It’s killin’, it’s killin’ us all,
This hard rain, hard rain,
This hard rain, we make it fall.
This rain it is freezing our hearts and our bone,
And the more that it pounds, the less we control,
This rain it is drowning and killing the earth,
Better die now for all that it’s worth.
This hard, hard rain,
It’s killin’, it’s killin’ us all,
This hard rain, hard rain,
This hard rain, we make it fall.
One day the rain will cover the globe,
Cleansing the world in its all-sinful robe,
It’s killing us now, but all just the same,
We spawned it ourselves and gave it a name.
