When I go about the town, I am secretly anxious that people will notice my robot legs. I try to keep them covered with long skirts, ponchos, and culottes, but it never helps. People always notice the steam coming out the exhaust pipes on my hips, and the gear oil dribbling down my left leg. Dogs can instantly sense their sharp metallic smell, along with the thick cloud of ozone haze that surrounds me.
It is truly an awful thing to have children jeering at your robot legs.
