...of vampires, snails and seasoning

Here is some profound logic as to why vampires don't exist. It may be a bit of a technically hard
read for the average person to get though, but persistence is kinda a part of what makes us human.
Now lets see. For a start I would love to be a vampire, but due to the garlic content in my system
any vampire that would try turn me would spontaneously combust when coming into a 10 meeter
radius of me. (Wow technical but hang in, your doing well so far)
Hence I could never become a vampire. If I can't be then what is the point of them. So, by logical
deduction they can't exist.
But the tale goes from there. Garlic and vampires. Why would vampires be afraid of seasoning?
Unless in their past the had some issues with it already. SNAILS!
Found the link, snails flee from salt. So snails are just baby vampires, and they get squished, there
for it stand to reason why we don't have any vampires.
This also quiet by accident reviles to origin of one of our loved dishes.

XXXI. Diamonds are Forever

My mind flies high,
Till it reaches the ground.
I feel its velvety softness,
Hit me hard upon the heart.
As my soul swirls upwards,
Way above the timeless sea.

Emotions fled the coming world,
As cold as fire and hot as ice.
Things circle around the golden square,
And bow upon the falling air.

Twisting around the statues gaze,
Walking straight through a twisting maze,
Sounding like a wilting tree,
The people crash onto their wings.
Down, up, all around, round about,
Melodious eyes hear no more.

The stranded, startled sleeper,
Closes his eyes to his dreams.
Hears the world about him now,
Till the sun does re-appear.
The feelings he left,
Passion’s imagination.

Chakan

listen stripling, hear me tell
of my cursed existence in eternal hell
of how in life I was warrior borne
and in death turned to an undead pawn

nor man nor beast could match my skill
all creatures bowed before my will
in pride I even spoke the words
that Death would fall beneath my swords

the reaper agreed
and offered me a prise to live eternally
but should I fall beneath his blades
then his slave I would be made

toe to toe our fight began
death himself against a man
to and fro the battle swayed
with fiendish spell and shining blade

the sky flashed brightly with our might
the earth did tremble under our fight
then in a flash I saw my chance
and I struck death a mortal glance

taken aback he lost his feet
my victory sure Death was beat
the wager won I
I claimed my prize

to live forever no more a man
but I was tricked by Death's twisted deal
to live forever that part was real
but as his slave in eternal damn
