So me and my buddy are walking down the road one day and we see a compact mirror lying on the ground.
My buddy picks it up and says, "Gee, I wonder who woulda thrown this out?"
"Open it up, maybe it'll give us a clue who it belonged to," I says.
So my buddy opens it up and looks in the mirror and has a puzzled look.
"Hmmm....I'm not sure....but he sure looks familiar..."
Surprised I say, "Really?? Let me see that..."
So I grab it from him and look in the mirror and whack him,
"You idiot, that's me! It's mine!".

What a silly guy eh?

It's all about expectations

In the first year of marriage/living together/living in sin/dating etc... a lot of men are forced to alter their sleeping habits to match that of their partner's. She'll often say something like "I'm tired, lets go to bed". Or hint until you feel guilty and thus trod off to bed.

Most men are usually thinking two things
1) Hey! maybe I'll get lucky tonight!!! (98% of the time)
2) OK fine, I'll lie down, close my eyes in the dark and try to sleep

However they should probably be expecting....
1) Hey! Lets lie down in bed, that is usually for sleeping, in the dark, and have some nice long conversations...

Expectations. Magic of relations.

Omg omg omg. I can almost run again. Only a few more weeks and I'm off to the races :) wheeee.
Note to self, never eat peanut butter even if it's only a month expired. Ugh. Bad choice.
