I'm sorry to hear things are pretty exhausting for you - sadly, not terribly surprised, though! My sister gets terribly tired, and the local services are busy trying to argue that she & the kids aren't covered by their budget & mission statement... it's only since she developed epilepsy that they've had to make concessions! But that's Islington, hopefully things are better where you are. A break sounds just the ticket, and the services must realise you can better care for the kids if you're not totally run down! I hope they can help. Try to take care of yourself, yeah? With any luck, action will result from the assessments & appointments... hang in there!

Ah, good to hear from you - thought you might have 'moved on'! I hope the year's shaping up well (so far, at least!). Nice to see new photos, but do you always have to look good? It's depressing for those of us who daren't look in a mirror until we've had 2 cups of coffee... Take care, Emma!

Hi Emma - just wanted to wish you a Very Happy Christmas! I'm sure it'll be chaotic & busy, but hopefully you'll have a great time, too! Have a wonderful New Year - all my best, Mark x
