anime evolution is in less than 2 weeks! I am so totally stoked! I pre-registered this year so it will be a lot easier to get in. I'm just gonna go as a cat-girl like I always do. I might cosplay next year though. I'll think about it. I just don't have the skill to make a costume or the money to buy one

Anime Evolution is in less than three weeks!!!! It's gonna be at UBC for the next decade I think seeing as SFU officially hates us for breaking their Terry Fox statue.I'm totally stoked cause I've never been to UBC before.My cat girl outfit is finished.It took me less than a week.I embroidered a shirt for a friend in about a day if you don't count breaks and sleeping for mass amounts of time...if you do than it took three nights.I sleep during the day.I'm almost finished my wolf that I started last year.After thats done I'll be working on embroidering a copy of my tatoo and an I <3 YAOI sign.All to be sewn onto my new bag.I'm hoping it won't turn out to be a total disaster.

Have I ever mentioned there's a depressing hole in my ceiling with wires hanging out???It's no wonder I have trouble being creative

I'm going to Anime Evolution in August.I haven't figured out all of my outfits for the convention yet but I will be doing a cat girl outfit.I still have to make the ears but that won't be too hard seeing as I've done it before.I finished my tail in three hours.I would have been done faster but I had to make it by hand.My mom hid the sewing machine. For a hand made tail I think it turned out great.Oddly enough the collar I'll be wearing was made from a ribbon and a mother of pearl flat circle thing that I got with a candle at the dollar store.I'm still thinking if I should wear makeup or not.The one thing thats gonna take some time for my cat girl costume is the shirt.I'll be embroidering the Japanese symbol for love on the back.It will probably take me a week if I do it in sections...anyways yeah...thats about all I've got so far.A whole bunch of stuff done by hand.
