i went to have a passport done for the first time this morning. when i arrived, i got my photo taken, got my id copied and stand in a line to take my waiting number. after this fella checked my form and ensure that all the necessary were there, i was then given a number to which i waited like almost 2 and half hours until it's my turn. then this drama begin...

woman at the counter:(after checking my form and looking at my id) i'm sorry your id cannot be used as it is not the latest. i need your original birth certificate.

me:huh?what?i've been waiting so long.. (i'm lost for words & i'm really2 annoyed & i'm trying to calm down)

woman at the counter: i'm sorry, if u have the original birth certificate today, u can come by later and u do not need to wait in line again later.

me:but it's back in klang and i'm not able to make it today. i've been waiting for 2 hours already. can't u just use the copy of the birth cert?

woman at the counter:i'm sorry,it just can't be done.u'll have to come back later.

me:(walks away fuming)

arrghh!!! i'm just so mad today!
