I'm a bit frustrated today... why is that in Panama people hate cats??? I mean they really do... like as you all probably know I have 9 baby cats at home, and I've been trying really hard to find them a good and nice home to each and everyone of them but everytime I "offer" them people go like "I'm allergic" "I'm not a huge fan of cats" "I'm asthmatic" I mean... WTF!!! It really fucking pisses me off 'cause they're not like isolated cases it's like EVERYBODY!!!!... yeah I know it's probably a stupid reason to get mad... but anyways... hope in your next life you're not a cat living in Panama... This the worst tale ever... LOL

I came back yesterday from the trip, it was just awesome. I spent the last 5 days in a remote location called La Arenosa which is like 3 and a half hours away from Panama City, like imagine this place where there's just a road, 17 houses and that's the whole town. We treated the patients at a local public primary school (that was closed because kids in Panama are having holidays until the 1st week of March, so that was like our base) , I eventually ended up working as an interpreter and it was just great to see their faces like they couldn't believe they were getting free medical services and medicines. During the afternoons it was gorgeous because of the landscapes, and the silence... no tv, no radio at all... just the wind blowing and maybe a cow was the only moving thing around. For 3 days in a row I swam naked in a river called Trinidad which ended up as "Da Fucking Riva" we (the young ones) kinda re-named it. But in the end it was such a cool experience... I got to make new friends... we all helped people in need, I tried the local food which wasn't bad at all, got stunned by the beauty of Da Fucking Riva and other places around, AND for Valentine's day we had a candle light dinner in the middle of the jungle (basically the whole town is in the middle of the jungle) we ate pasta while monkeys were swinging and jumping from tree to tree... I'm so glad we didn't set the whole place on fire LOL.

Hey :) I'm very happy today, just woke up a couple of hours ago in a very good mood for no reason and I know I should be cleaning the apartment but human pets is just way too addictive. I don't have any plans for this weekend whatsoever except for the fact that on monday I will be away for a week doing volunteer work in neighboring areas around Panama City, I'm really excited about that because we're gonna be taking part in a medical program, bringing medicines to poor people and spending sometime with them... you know... getting to know the true reality of where and how they live, which is always interesting. Last night it was awesome, I chatted like 6 hours in total with May, a very nice girl I recently met and she's nuts... lol she's my soulmate in hell... weird, I know. I'm a little hungry right now so I'm off for breakfast. Enjoy your weekend xx

Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love willingly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile.
