Tonight (26 Aug), I couldn't sleep. I have came to know this beautician, Keyne and did realised her son is in the same school with Ben. She is a homemaker cum part-time beautician for many years. Keyne has brought up her son well and I have met Dylan (one year younger than Ben) many occassions.

This afternoon, Dylan has asked me how does Ben looked like. For a moment, I know I have miss this boy which I have brought up for 15 years. I do not how to help his teenage problems but I do realise Dylan (Keyne's son) has "ring" a bell in my heart to be more concern for Ben even though he has gone back to his parents.

Even till now, when I do windown shopping and looking at those trendy young clothings. I have thought this might suit Ben and Brenda might like this. All these years, I have often put them before myself without knowing much, even till now.

Ben's birthday is coming and I will throw a little celebration for him like I used to. Hopefully, through Dylan, Ben will "walk out" of his "dark path" with his friends. May God have mercy on this child...

Today, Tuesday, 19 August 2008. I have been working for more than 2 decades and in between I do have some breaks but this time. I want to take a longer break. To think about what I need to do and what to embark on.

I am going to register a course Mass Comm and re start my education again. I am not so sure if I can make but I will try. It's Certificate level and I want to go slow at my pace. What I have got to lose, nothing but time is all I have.

I am going for tea with my beautician this afternoon. Met her in one of my regular pedicure and manicure shop and we get along very well. Perhaps we speak the same diaclet that is Cantonese and we are very fun in nature...well..here goes my afternoon session with another fun friend...yeah manzzz

The weekend is so fruitful. Went on a brisk walking with Zee family and we really sweat it out.

We went for a swim this morning with her daughter and I swam 10 laps, though tired but felt good after all the exercises.

I am so glad to have close friends, like Zee, Funky Chick, May, Choo, Phyllz to be by my side. I thank God for them.

Couldn't sleep tonight. One of the thoughts was Ben. I do pray that God will see through his teenage years and he will "walk" the right path. I have in a way raise this nephew of mine and he is so dear to me.

The Lord will have mercy on him and bring him back to where he belongs.
