dancing is the best ting to do.
dance when you're happy, and it feels great.
dance when you're unhappy, and your troubles get 'danced away'.
dance when you're angry, and you vent yur anger on your moves.
dancing in all different kinds of scenarios and you'll always feel better.

even though u might hold your liquor well, drink when ure feeling down, and thats it.
