back from Alabama....the week went by fast...and all the pre-planning paid off...but back to the grind now...

April has been a busy month so far...and it's only 6 days old. I haven't been on much and I won't be for the coming weeks. I'll be spending 1 week in Alabama building homes for the poor and mentoring at risk youth. Once I get back from that I'll be socked down with family and helping my parents move to their new home. If you don't hear from me I haven't forgotten you...just busy with life.

Calf feels alot better. Hopefully that damn injury finally healed. I am working on releasing a MMA based clothing line, and I hope to have the first items out within a month...Updates to follow...
