So, the last 4 couple of months have been really hectic for me, but I find myself stronger on the other side, with a desire to get back to everything that I've been putting off, including Senryu Tuesdays.

I saw this elderly couple last month during the Bible Lectureships at Pepperdine. The love that they shared for each other shown through their eyes like the sun coming up over eternity.

He gently dabs her frail chin
Perfect love, smiles years

If find myself in their chairs in 50 years I will know that I lived a good life.

I just found a place to live and am moving there next week. This will be the first time I've lived on my own in like 7 years and I'm looking forward to all sorts of adventures.

I'm halfway through the busiest week of the year and my mind wanders to a happy place. I think about how much fun I'll be having this Saturday when the Los Angeles and San Diego All Stars battle it out at the Doll Factory in Historic Filipino Town.
