bloody useless real estate agents.
end of december it was rainin in melbourne and our ceiling in the kitchen and later in the living room was leaking heavily. the next day (a saturday) we tried the whole day 2 get in touch with our agent (no answer and no answering machine).later that day my house mate cleaned the rain gutter thinggies on the roof and it stopped leaking.yay.

we sent the agent an email explaining wot happened and that we reckon that somebody should check the roof and ceiling 4 possible damage.that was the 26th dec.2day (2nd jan) we still hadent heard anything.

we went campin over new years 4 a few days.when we got back last nite we found that the kitchen ceiling had a 1.5 meter hole in the ceiling.called the agent this morning.was told they'd call back.4 hours later i called them again (2pm by now) and was told theyd call the landlord and get back 2 me.its 5pm now and nuthing.

mayb we should shoot all real estate agents.wot a useless greedy bunch of air polluters.mayb we could cut down on the production of green house gases if wed cut their throats.theyd stop producing co2 then

i just spent the best new years in years.i went 2 confest (a hippie gathering consisting of camping,workshops,party,nudity,drugs,detox). this time i didnt miss midnite,yay.met so many amazing ppl.like a blind guy climbing up an 'eagles nest' (man made,no eagle is big enuff 2 build that) and playin cards.it was really hot,so u dont wear clothes 2 much.swimming in the river.drinkin iced chai and eating fruit.just amazing
