its 530 pm. im walking home from work, the fastest way is the snowmobile trail ( which arent open yet) the trail cuts through the bush. im walking along and its been a long day at work. i sit down on a log to take a break. the snow is deep its up to my knees, as im sitting there i hear something behind me. i turn to look and its two deer. they are so peaceful and arent scared of my presence, they just keep walking along. after about 10 minutes i get up and start on home again. by the time i get to the end of the trail its 6pm and snowing, im tired but again i hear something behind me. i think its just a deer again so i keep walking. i turn off the trail and start walking down the road. im about 10 minutes from my house, i turn around and again there is the wolf. closer this time, maybe 10 feet away. i stop, he/she stops, i slowly reach for my work knife, i cant find it. i look away for a second because i know ive been beaten but when i look back the wolf is gone. there is no trace of it just tracks left in the snow.......

it is night time, and as usual i am testing fate with my night time forest walks. As i walk through a small clearing a cold wind passes over me and i know that i am not alone anymore. I turn around and the is a lone wolf standing there about 20 feet away just staring at me. i am not afraid for i welcome this. the area is dimly lit by the moon and i feel that i should proceed on my journey to the lookout. So i turn around and walk away, but as for the wolf i do not know where it went. maybe one day we will meet again
