I want Howie Mandel to catch on fire or perhaps get hit by lightning. If he could possibly take every daytime Judge show with him it would be appreciated. If such a small element of California's state government is as badly run as ours, what hope can we have for the future when it is likely that every other agency in the state multiplied by the myriads of state governments running in the entire country are running in the same inefficient way. It would take a line by line reading of every government agencies management system to find the problems, which are not all the hard to figure out. And with that pleasant "no-shit Matthew" news, I'm going to go drink some egg nog. What else can I do?
