I love Rave Master, it's deffinately one of my favorite series.

I've done a few cosplays, nothing really that cool, though.
Only one I've actually sewed was my cosplay of Misaki from Angelic Layer at Sogen Con and other stuff in '07.
I have some cosplays planned for this year... Rena from Hand Maid May and Ellie from Rave Master are the ones I'm deffinately doing this year.
