well i'm back after being away for a little while.....nothing new to report really....been kinda boring.....actually, what the f#&k have i been doing for the past 2 weeks???? Holy crap (no offence to the religious audience) i have absolutely no idea what's been keeping me so busy.....ummmm, maybe i was abducted by aliens.....yep, sounds good to me, its my story and i'm sticking to it........and NO......there was no anal probing.....i hope

Today is the day my training begins.....thats right....its hard work and eating right. Whats this for you ask? Well let me tell you.....i am competing in a bodybuilding competition....thats right, you heard me......it is in May and i have a lot of body fat to lose......so no more beer :( and no more yummy burgers :(

i had a party for my 30th b'day on saturday......awesome, like totally. I don't know where that came from...anyway....i had a jumping castle....aaaannnndddd....a bucking bull ride. Hell yeah it was fun......i've got bruises on my inner thighs from the bull.....i got kicked in the head in the jumping castle.....twice......and my mate crash tackled me while i was riding the bull and buried his knee deeeeepppp into my back.....i couldn't breath for a minute......it was like a dream come true......sorry, i get a little teary when i think about it.....i've gotta get a tissue now
