Here is a Christmas tale for you:
Here in McMinnville we are going through a dry spell. Our farmers, yes we have farmers, are loosing money and there is no hay. They have to travel several cities over, buy the hay, then pay to have it shipped to them.
The Manager at Brigestone, I think it was the manager, overheard this conversation one day and tried to think what could he do to help? Well, a thought occured to him. The trucks have to go to these towns, and when they come back they are empty.....
So why waste the gas?
They are now regularly bringing in semi truck loads of hay for the farmers so they do not have to pay for delivery...
