when you scroll down to the bottom of your shop there will be a button that says "add item to your shop" so you click that and there will be boxes saying "item name" and "upload pic" so click "browse" find a picture of an item you want to put in your store, double click on it and when the name of your picture appears in the box next to the "browse" button click "upload picture" then when the pic shows up add a name and a price for it and click "add this item"

make sure that when you add stuff, the size of the pic or gif is under 300 kb and that's pretty much it :)
