I'm not sure if global warming is to blame, but, Canada is experiencing a mixed bag of weather this year. In the last week we have had a day and night of rain, with flooding(because the ground is frozen) a day of over 100 km winds falling temps and power outages. then a day or two of bright sun and - 30 degree temps and now a regular snowstorm. Snow, snow snow. temps are bareable but roads are closed and schools are cancelled. Canada is great. You never know what you r going to get weather wise.
