Saw a person with their German Shepherd on the subway tonight. I so adore them! German Shepherds are such a gorgeous animal! Just look at that face! Many years ago, my family had a white coloured one, just like in the picture.

Ouch! There's nothing more painful than heading back to the gym after having not gone in over a week. It felt good getting back into the swing of things but it didn't feel so good when I got a charlie horse in the middle of cycling!
