Cupid, one sultry summer's noon, tired with play and faint with heat, went into a cool grotto to repose himself. This happened to be the cave of Death. He threw himself carelessly down upon the floor and his quiver turning upside down, all the arrows fell out, and mingled with those of Death, which lay scattered Bout the place. When he awoke, he gathered the up as well as he could, but they were so intermingled, that although he knew the proper number to take, he could not rightly distinguish his own. Stagnant Unfair Untrue Captivating Beautiful These are the words it think when thoughts of you pollute my mind. Devil bitch you hurt me, you made me leave, with your uninspired lies of love, you said I had your heart, but I never had your eyes. Eyes as green a jealousy its self I urn for you, but so soon you look for others?! What was I? Surely nothing, surely an unattained fantasy, a lie, you don’t love you only lust, like so many others you used me, for what? Security? Attention? Attainment? Love… God I miss you.. The fiery beast which is my soul has ashed to grey without you to fuel. Your name, your mind, your lips, your eyes, your skin, your smell, your very essence leaves me wanting. Under your spell always yours, and hating you for it. Why can’t you just be mine once more? Set my heart aflame but once more, before I fade. No I’ve been forgotten, or was I ever found? Never given a chance.. Tonight I lay awake with thoughts of my golden queen.. I’m so cold, in so much pain and missing you with all my heart.. God I love you. Goodbye beautiful.
