And so it was, that two pairs of angels fell in love.
The first pair were afraid to lose what they had and so clipped the wings off each other. They remained together, happy for a time, but eventually jealous of those who were free to fly. Then they became bitter and angry at each other for clipping their wings, and they descended to misery sorrow.
The second pair without fear or jealousy in their hearts, kept their wings and flew joyously among the heavens. Always they returned to the ground and always they embraced and always they had everything.
Do not clip your angel's wings, instead set your lover free to experience the joys of the world. Your angel will return, grateful for the freedom you have given.
