Here on every cute head is a price... and that price is completely governed by market forces! People Buy you based on how appealing, how liked, how loved and how much they wish to possess u compared to whatever else they can spend their points on!

I for one encourage anyone to buy any of my pets off me - if u think they are worth it - that way the true value of my friends will shine through when their friends or I myself buy them back!

Parable of a Med Student:

The Kingdom of Medicine (for a med student that is) is liken to a child with a ailing parent living on an rocky outcrop.

A cloud is blown at it and relief rain hits. The child goes out and drinks of it and catches what he could with his small hands. His father calls out for a sip too but the short rain has ended and the little the child has in his hands is trickling away quick.

The child pours what he could off the surrounding foliage and scoop the little he could from indentation of the rocky land and barely manages a mouthful to please his father...
