Been reading a book called Robopalypse. It is really scary! Well, not scary actually, but the thoughts that it could happen scare me.
I just do not understand why scientists feel the need to make computers or robots artificially intelligent. I am just sure that when they are able to teach themselves about the world around them and feel like humans, then they will wonder why THEY need US.
I highly recommend this book. It is written by Daniel Wilson who has a doctorate in robotics (he is probably one of those "We have got to figure out how to make these machines more aware!!).
They will be making it into a movie. Steven Spielberg bought the rights.
