Keep in touch, eh?
I couldn't resist participating on your question regarding burritos!!!.... hahaha... actually burritos are more like a result of the TexMex food, which is a result of the mix of cultures coming from the intense exchange between Mex and USA. A great deal of the currently known Mexican Food abroad is not actually quite Mexican, but a result of the Mexican-American food culture. Burritos are made of wheat flour tortillas (the wrap), which are popular in northern Mexican states closer to USA, whereas most of the country's tortilla consumption is corn based.
Even wheat flour tortillas are themselves the result of another mix that happened in Northen Mexico during the settlements in that region, since there were many settlers from middle eastern countries (you might have seen the kind of bread at lebanese restaurants for example) which combined the taste for wheat with the shape, preparation and uses of traditional Mexican corn tortilla, resulting in what we know today as wheat flour tortillas.
And by the way, yes you find burritos in Mexico, but they are not like an essential part of the average Mexican person's diet, you would find them more likely at a convenience store (such as 7-Eleven) for example as an alternative to fast, on the go food.
