She-Wolf

The child of darkness was entertained by the nights’ calming effect,
in the quietness of the dark.

Velvet Nightmare

 Underneath the Salix babylonica, reaching up into the slender pendent branches I cry. Weeping, as the tree trembles its sour existence above the soil it seems so breathless. I shake the chill that befalls me, not able to feel love I close my eyes, welcoming the darkness. Unforgiving is the heart of a deplorable life, for I surrendered my Love for a lie. Grasping eternity and holding earth bound dreams, my mind drifts free. Silken are the threads that bind my soul within this darkness.
The demon unfolds, rifts of pain and anguish held within his grasp.

“Envisage my restraint, for your strength is failing, come and see thy destiny.”
