I finished around 9, and creashed all morning. I'm back at the office now, but taking it slower... it's the designer's turn to overload while I wait. Can you get a hangover without drinking (much, we're allowed alcohol at the office after 10 pm, but I swear I had less than one beer).

6:10 am.... Saturday morning... what can I say, except that I don't know how I've managed to stay awake, and even more, coherent enough to work. This is almost over. I'm finishing the final sectins on the last chapter of both books. I'll be back in a few hours though, to proofread and correct everything after it's gone through design. And then... To sleep, perchance, to dream...

Did you think that was as far as I could go? Hell, I did! I mean, I've pulled all nighters all the time, but always at home, or at the very least someone else's house, where you can smoke, brew coffee, cook, etc... I was at the office until almost 6 am. The sone came out as I drove home (a 10 minute drive, I might add). It's been a long time since I was out and about at that hour. Is it just me, or are there a lot of morning people in the world? I was surprised at the amount of movement on the streets. Let's hope last night was the worst, but I wouldn't bet on it, there's still a lot to do, and we have to finish by Sunday at the latest... Of course, when I say we, I mean a team of three. Somehow, though,. I always manage to be the last one to leave. The "perks" of being the boss, I guess.

So, its no surprise, really, that I've learned that the presses below my office (several floors below, so they don't really bother us), start up at exactly 2:10 am. I've been staying that late at least two days a week for... well, since December. Last night, however, or I should say this morning, I learned that they finish printing that mortning's paper around 4:20 am. This needs to stop!!! Or, I could just make it easier (and cheaper) and move into the office altogether.

Workaholic, you ask? I just accepted a huge, urgent translation (which seems to be written by a group of grade-schoolers with a thesaurus and a strange addiction to large, meaningless words). I was already swamped!!!! What was I thinking?!?!?!
