I LOOK THROUGH PIXEL STARS

ensconced in your topiary vegetation,
with the u vowel
and tongue trowel
quickening sensation,
trickles down the eaves
morphia poches,
and smokes through notes
of cuddled conversation-

try to pin me down,
your king without a crown,
from cobbled streets
and communist meets
back then, in the day-
that come to this metropolis
contorted with decay.

if i know love at all,
it's moat without a wall-
can come and conquer me,
then share soliloquy.
i look through pixel stars,
ignoring clubs and bars,
in seas above the ground-
waiting to be found

in books of chivalry-
embedded into me.
another doing day,
forms and fades away,
as the sky drapes close-
hope constricts, and i compose
these lines of fallow furrows-
my yesterdays, for tomorrows.

TWO BEADS

in some quixotic place,
there is the figure and the face,
whose mind transcends that secret space-
in me.

she winds new memories
like ribbons round the helix threads of destiny-
altering perceptions, light and sound
when i turn around-
and find her watching me.

two beads, bound by natures mime,
consent to dance a tango on the silent strings of time,
oblivious to other fruits, that ripen on the vine-
eventually.

IT'S COMING SOON

i see you smile
and know that I'm its summit,
a canyon cactus
gathering the desert sky-
to hold a while
in love soft hands below it-
the two of us
under stardusts shawl and eye.

our words have smiles
that link the miles
of loneliness with longing;
but its been a while
and slowed the style
my souls song belongs in-
so patient be
on this loves crest-

like the boulder
that knows which river bed
is best,
and stands fast, fated to its tree-
come love rest
your head upon my shoulder
and dream of stardust dancing on the moon-
for its coming soon.

YOUR CONCEPTS MIND

your concepts mind asks why
of images it captures
with smokey cinematic eye-
and gives love when it fractures
welcomed words.

it looks inside the play
where ordinary others run a random way,
and picks the perfect pass against the grain-
so do not change, or re-arrange,
those thoughts that make you different to explain.

don't walk away unseen,
stay soluble and serene-
step from the silver screen,
chocolating the canvas of my dream.
