chapter 1 Death do us part

"Aryll!just please understand me!"mother said holding my squirming arm.
"i do!"I said kicking the stool under me.
"well you can do better!were different!not like them!we would become extinct of some human were to know!"she said grabbing the bandaid from the counter beside us.
i quit squirming. "but i dont need this!"i pouted.she slapped a bandaid on a clearly visable spot."it looks wimpey!"i tore the bandaid off.
"no,your wimpy"she smirked puting it back on.
i puffed my cheeks and staired angrily at her.no one but lee could say that to me.mom sighed and smiled standing up.
a hand rubbed my hair playfully from behind.
i giggled and looked up.
"hey wimp"lee said grabbing a grape off the counter.
"hi lee" i said hopping off of the stool.
i saw mom cross her arms throught the corner of my eye.
"lee,"mom started.
"yes...?"he smiled whistfully at her.
"dont play rough with your sister!"she took off at a crescendo.
"ESPESIALLY infront of humans!"she added furious that he broke one of her golden rules.
"aww..."he playfully hit her back.
"we were just playing"he defended.
"play or no play the rules are the same!the more broken the closer we are to moving!"she threatened.
we both flinched.i remember the horror on my friends face when i spread my wings...we had to move the day after,she wouldnt even say good bye. my brother had his fair share too.
"may i remind you that the gods see all? when the time comes you will regret this"
i couldnt speak and neither could lee.we both stood there like idiots our heads hanging low.
i started to cry the painfull thought of what mom had to do to everyone she knew and her it was like swallowing needles.
lee's hand found my shouulder and rubbed it.
"Aryll...its ok you'll...we'll get it right".
i sniffed up a red tear and he lead me out flashing an angry glance back at mom.
"c'mon aryll you cant cryy forever you'll turn all soft." he said sitting us both down.his voice too was weavery with feeling he was holding a bloody tear or two back too.
"you know the gods hate feeling sadness...now smile think happy i dont want you to die"
that word stopped me for a second but than i continued harder.
"shh shhh...its ok..."he patted my back.
his hands throbbed with fear and my face hurt,red drops staining the white sand,i felt faint.
i swallowed the last of the blood and leant against him.
"its ok lee you know the gods hate fear now smile think happy i dont want you to hurt"i mimmeked with a smile.
there was a long troubling pause and he still didnt answer.
i looked up he was frozen with fear...or suprize or...!
~mwahahahahaaaaaa!!!!yes,this is a cliff hanger i'm sorry to put you through pain but hey thats life! :O~

chapter 0 The past before the present bringing the future.
I looked up at the sleeping teen,his beautifull, long, black hair that was once short waved gently in the sea of japan's salty air.
My head hurt with worry of the consequenses of the past but grew more was a flutter of inlighning happiness that always grabed me when i was around lee,my brother who was no more than a soul trapped in another's body now...this boy wasnt at all that different from lee,yet he is'nt,he's mark now.but i still love the soul trapped inside.
i sighed bringing my feet up on the bench and tucking my head in my knees.
As i began to close my fatigued eyes i noticed deens silhuet infront of the moon.
I watched him like a child watching thiere first snow.
the waves crashed trying to escape the moon and sea,spraying salty water in the night air and gusts of wind angrily wiping his clothes and hair.
I could feel his blazing stare through the corner of my eye as soon as i turned away.it was as soul peircing and firey as always but with caution and pain.
i closed my eyes obsorbing the feelings he so easily emmited...maybe the gods would understand my situation.
i had grown totally ignorant to the sounds around me as i spoke to the gods hoping they could hear me through my wispering lips.
i pleaded to Aryll and quan and kiseki, the mighty gods of my familly.i pleaded to let me break just one rule and i questioned the purpose of the ruleand i begged for future forgiveness.still no sighn of reassure ness or eanything. i sighed... a million questions making my head swim.
"Aryll..."deens voice said calmly but urgent. this made my eyes shoot open and jump a little totally stunned.
i saw him hunched over beside me,staring at the night sky like he was looking through a long door way.
his redish brown eyes were narrow over the moon but trying to stay calm.his hands lay in stiff fists and berely moving. i couldnt move either i was scared,what to say? what to do?what will happen? what's the future?! i cant tell him but i...

my grandmother was sick with an un-curable disease and was said to die in exactly 7 months.
we adopted her a cat named lucy.lucy was special she was found with her dead kittens beside the road...they brought her to the shelter and she took care of all the other kittens and somehow supplied the milk longer than usual.
grans loved lucy and i did too. she (gram gram) lived 1 1/2 years longer with lucy always by her side ofcourse i miss her,that wasnt my first death to witness but i now feel like grans is with me all the time when lucy runs outside and sits beside me as i wait for the buss.pop's alergic and we travell allot but some how we make acceptions for her,she's our family, right?
