Went swimming this am for the first time since my operation.... yay!!
Only 1,500m and pretty slowly, but it was great to get back in the pool :)

Everyone had a good laugh at my expense, because they were able to tell me that I was "swimming with a bouy between my legs".... yes, I know, very amusing!

I had a 3cm cyst removed from my knee cap last week.... hence the morphine-based drugs!
I still can't walk and am getting very bored of being stuck in bed :(

I found out this week that The Verve were definitely wrong.... the drugs do work.... especially when they're Morphine-based!

My lovely, kind owner Lauren (Hi Lauren :D ) reminded me of something that happened last week.
I was away on business, met with some clients and Monty Python happened to come up in conversation.... I couldn't and still can't quite believe it, but they said they didn't find it funny and didn't get it!!!!
I kind of lost respect for them after that.... they went right down in my estimations :)
