Why did I have a healthy and clean living weekend only to be attacked by a sidewalk last night? It jumped up and took a hole out of my knee!!!!!

I am a woeful little muffin today. I worked all night last night, got a few hours sleep and I'm back up and working again (yes I know I'm writing an HP tale but in 5 minutes I'll be logged off). 4 more nights of this to go!

A giant palm sized huntsman spider with only 7 legs moved into my home about 5 days ago. It was fine in my study, it was fine up near the ceiling but I'm having real difficulty dealing with it being in my bathroom. I can't put it outside because it is handicapped. My cat is the only Australian cat that has no interest in critters so it won't meet a natural death by cat. I'm ok right now because I can see it but I know it is going to crawl under the toilet seat or into my bath towel when I'm not looking.

I have a dilemma today. My cat is rolling around on my keyboard making typing difficult. But it is raining so it will be a bit awkward to pack up my laptop and move myself to a cafe for the next few hours.
I'm going with option 2 but first I will move my herbs out into the rain :)

another half a lifetime ago I was travellling in Turkey and myself and my girlfriends were abducted on a bus and the police saved us and we ended up spending the night in jail.
