If all things are speeding away, hence the universe is expanding, everything should be red-shifted, unless the velocity of somethings are supraluminal. Blueshifted observations are not supraluminal.
I believe they are blueshifted simply because their mass is temporally closer to a balance. That is, their distance exists only as a reflected information construct. The information between points grows, as the space between points shrinks. (rather, the frame-dragging of mass increases the temporal distance between massive points). Universal parity is attained.
