In the wild males of all spieces fight for females... Don't try this at home... Thi is where my tale begins...

A long time ago in a land far away, there lived a beautiful young fox (yes, she was exceedingly beautiful). She was coveted by many of the males in the area, basically everyone wanted her. One day along came a wolf, he seemed fine on the outside but inside he was in turmoil. This inner battle of good and evil, secrets and trueth, hate and love gave him the outward ability to desemate all who opposed him. Yeah, he kicked some serious butt, with no regard for size, strength or reputation. He fell for the vixen, a deep, powerful and endless love. They were happy together, smiling, laughing and enjoying life. No-one dared touch her, for they knew how violent he was and did not want to suffer the consequences of his fury. This lasted for some time, until another fox decided to push the boundaries. It was fight or flight,the wolf chose fight. The fox didn't even see it coming. A battle ensued, blows were exchanged, the fox was too slow and too weak - he lost the bloody battle, leaving him close to death. If not for modern medicine the wolf would have murder on his hands. Never before had the wolf felt such fury, never before had he unleashed his true fury... never before had he regretted his actions.

What he did that day scarred him deeply. He could not face the vixen. He left the land, never to return...
