I stand before the window looking in,
Looking in at the emptiness that once lived,
Looking in at you,
I stand before this window emotionless,
For my emotions lead to unhappiness and pain,
I stand in fear,
In fear of emotion,
A fear that is untold,
A fear that tears my soul,
For I stand before this window looking in,
Looking in at you,
Missing your emotions,
Missing the warmth of your touch,
The brightness of your beautiful smile,

Holding onto everything,
