So there i was, in my first day of culinary school. Locked in an epic battle against an unruly Beet. I almost had it beat (pun intended) when it totally dodged my making me slip and inflict a gushing wound in my finger. I couldn't continue the battle and was forced to let it go. But it'll be back and whe it does i'll be ready. *hold up box of bandaids*
