So creepy thing happened to me tonight. Keep in mind this was about 12:10 AM, which in Redding is extremely late for any sort of activity. So basically, we stopped at a street sign to turn left, and the guy in the car next to us was going straight, and after we turned, he turned and followed us, and then he followed us into my friends neighborhood, and we turned on a side street to drop one of my friends off, and he went straight and turned around and then waited for us to pass him on the side of the road, and then he followed us some more, so we went into this way random neiborhood and parked in some random driveway, and he turned around and left, so we thought he was gone, and then the owner of the house came out and asked us what was going on, and we explained the situation to her, and she was kinda freaked out, but then she was like "OK" and then we left again, but he had just gone down a side street and tunred around , and he started to follow us again, and then we were at a stop sign, and he was like, "are you guys egging peoples houses?" and we were like "no" and he was like "you sure?" and we were like "yeah" and he was like "ok" but didn't sound too sure, and afterwards I took my friend back to her house and I was shaking the whole way because it was creepy. And yes, that was one sentance.

So, funny story. Go. I was hanging out with my friend David and we were driving around town at around 8:45 pm or so and these morons j-walked across the street, and it was dark, and I could have killed them, but I slowed down enough, but it was still lame. We happened to have some Hostess Cupcakes in the car, so I told David that he should have thrown a cupcake at them. He thought the idea was brilliant, so we drove to a little spot where there are always people hanging out and chatting in front of a bunch of cafes. As we drove by, David screamed something in a foreign accent and threw a cupcake. It was kinda lame, but we were having fun. We continued driving, and turned onto a different street. As we started going on that street, about 15 girls were walking on the sidewalk, and David screamed something at them and threw a cupcake at them. They all screamed really loud. We about wet ourselves from laughing so hard.

So back in August, I had the coolest experience of a lifetime. I went skydiving. We jumped from around 13,500 feet. Yeah...it was basically amazing. The free fall part only lasted a minute but you can see for miles and miles and it is simply amazing. At 5000 feet we deployed the parachute and just took in the scenery from a slower angle and did spins and flips with the chute. I wish I could do it every week, but that would be expensive, because this one time cost me $180, but it was worth it. : P

So my band had our first show (Thursday, the 3rd of Jan, 2008). Basically, it was the most hellish day of my life stresswise. The other bands that we were going to play with got caught in a snowstorm north of my town and showed up way too late and we had to delay the show 2 hrs. They both showed up, just a little later than planned. That meant since they had the sound system with them, we had to get something set up because the one with the system was bout 2 hours behind the one that showed up first. After a long and tedious while, everything got set and my band got up and basically blew everyone away. Nobody though we would do as good as we did. And I keep on hearing a lot of really good feedback from my friends who went. That was a long day, but it was super worth it.
