This is a poem I wrote...

Like a strike of lighting


Hatred passes right through me,
Like a strike of lighting.
Burning my insides with rage.
Holding me back,
I'm unable to advance.

Every step I take forward,
The more my hatred grows.
Why does it have to be this way?
When it can fixed
With a simple word of forgiveness.

Once replaced with love,
Hatred now flows through my veins,
Overflowing my thoughts.
Holding me back,
I'm unable to advance...

Hatred such a powerful emotion...

I'm just an ordinary girl looking for some fun,
I'm one who loves a great laugh,
A great laugh always brigthens up my day.
I'm that girl I want others to be jealous of,
And have them wish they were me.
I'm one who doesn't go for looks but personnality,
A great character who I can laugh with and share moments with...
